oa تجديد الأصول: نشأة الفكر العلمي والفلسفي في الحضارة الإسلامية

الملخص

يهدف هذا المقال إلى بيان أن نشأة الفكر العلمي والفلسفي في الحضارة الإسلامية لم يكن بنقل الأصول الموروثة فحسب، ولا سيما من الحضارة اليونانية، ولكن بتجديد هذه الأصول وتطويرها ببحثٍ نشط وخلّاق، وقد قاد هذا البحثُ النقلَ، وليس العكس.

This article intends to explain that the birth and elaboration of scientific and philosophical thought in the Islamic civilization was not only attained by the translation of inherited sources, in particular the Greek civilization, but also these resources were renewed and developed via active and creative research. It is this research that has guided this translation and not the other way around.
