oa Work-Family Balance: Challenges and Experiences of Omani Families

This report on work-family balance aims at increasing the knowledge base on the Omani society. It provides an evidence base to help in the creation or refinement of policies related to work-family balance and its related implementation standards, while ensuring the protection and preservation of Omani families. The report ends with policy-related recommendations in supporting Omani families.
